Worst service ever. I had a scratch on my door and they have been fixing it for a month now. Every time I call they say it's almost done and they will call me soon. Let's hope they will fix it by the end of the year.

Unfortunatly if you are a Volvo owner and you have not purchased the car from them, you will not get any attention for your car issues. Atleast that is the feeling you will get from visiting them. Then they will start to change parts that are not relevant to your issues, take money for "fixed" problems that reappear 10KM later. So they don't test the "fixed" cars at all. And in the end you get a - "Well what do you expect from this car. Go on the other side of the street where are our returned from Liesing cars and choose one of them."

P.S. And if you do the last part - 4 monts later your engine is totaled even as the car was serviced only in Moto-Pfohe.

I really whish there was a normal Volvo service in Bulgaria.

I love to bring my car to these guys, especially to Robi, who runs the diagnostics. True professionalism and devotion! Desk service on the other hand can be rather slow and not very helpful sometimes.

Moto Pfohe represents four legendary automotive brands among which the iconic Jaguar and Land Rover stand out. Sales team is great, it shows they are passionate about the product they sell. Good service too.
