I asked for my services to be canceled 2 or 3 days before the insurance payment directly came out of my account. Living pay check to pay check, this was incredibly important for 150.00! The one man assured me that the payment would be haulted. I felt better and proceeded on with my day. So, here comes the 25th, and guess what, the payment comes out AND I get an overdraft of $35.00!!! On top of this, they tell me it will be auto refunded in a few days... guess what!? It's been 9 days and NOTHING! Guess what else, my car payment hit, the bank paid it, but guess what again!!! I got another overdraft of $35.00!!! So now I'm out because I was given different information and they can't refund the money that is a DIRECT DEPOSIT INTO MY ACCOUNT in time! I would never recommend this company and assure you I will tell everyone on EARTH that I can not to use them. $70.00 in overdraft? Yeah, living check to check that's really helpful. They've been SO helpful, I'm sure they'll offer a blank apology that means nothing and I'll still be out the $70 bucks. Thanks a lot!!! I will again definitely make sure to go onto EVERY SITE POSSIBLE to write a terrible review and tell EVERYONE about the terrible experience. It was from my motorcycle through Moramoto and I assure you I will be contacting them as well. Since I'm in there a lot, I will also be spreading the word through to the customers that I come in contact with!!! $70.00, that's a lot to us that live check to check that go to school and don't have an option to find another job to work around my schedule!!! Thanks a lot for doing something you promised you'd stop and thanks a lot for costing me #70.00 that shouldn't have been charged to me in the first place for overdraft. My mom works for the sheriffs department and I work as a paramedic... believe me, the word will get out. I have already contacted my bank to start a fraud report. Next will be the BBB. So yeah, thanks!!!
