I met Tim Taylor at a BNI group and, although I'm no longer a member, it was worth the cost of BNI just to meet Tim. Despite his youthful appearance and humble demeanor this kid knows business insurance. He has done a phenomenal job with our group of home inspectors and we want to thank him publicly for doing such great work. Thanks Tim!

Taylor Group Insurance has billed me $2,465 to renew. Please make them stop.
As I told you more than a year ago, both my stores are closed.
I am openning a new location and need insurance, but would not get insurance from your company or any company associated with yours even if my life depended on it.
To say that I feel cheated by your company is an understatement.

I paid thousands to Taylor group over the last 6 years, but when my Persian rug was damaged by water, your adjuster punished me for not knowing EXACTLY when water came through my sealing.

When I cmplained about the process, Sandra wrote to me that she would have a new adjuster contact me to again process my claim. That was at least 4 months ago. I still have not heard from your adjuster.

Please have Sandra take me off your mailing list so I dont get any "Holiday wishes" from your company.
Contacting Taylor Group for my insurance needs was a mistake.
Your specialty is collection, not insuring and certainly not processing claims.

I have now commited to the time consuming task of informing others about my experience with your company every chance I get.
I am reduced to constatly lookfor and comment on review sites where the disturbing name of your company is mentioned or advertised.

Shame on you for representing a company that specialises in cheating customers
