I've only had a few appointments, but they are always pleasant. The staff members are all really friendly and the doctor is very amicable and knowledgeable. I am never left waiting, and my pet is handled very gently. She doesn't mind going at all

We love South End Vet! Hands down the best vet we've ever brought our pups to. Dr. Maples is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and thorough. He'll tell you his honest opinion from one pet owner to another, not just a vet to client. You can tell he cares. On top of that, the ladies at the front desk are awesome. Always sweet, friendly, and very prompt. We've never even had to wait in the lobby, as they always get us right into a room. Thanks you, Dr. Maples & team!

My dog Rufus became a patient of Dr. Maples in February of this year. Before that we had been at Banfield due to our travel schedule and wanting a nation wide network. Now that we don't travel as much it is great to have a vet that you see every time and not a rotation of who is available. The front desk folks are really nice and prompt with any requests that they get. They have convenient hours and a great location. Dr. Maples was really through with his examination and was great with Rufus. He also gave some great tips about trying to keep his teeth clean. Recommend for any first time dog parent or long time pet owner.
