Go to the airport if you can. This branch location is disorganized and rents mainly to people getting car repairs with rental paid by insurance company. Low cost = low service. Car was not ready on time, was dirty, and smoked in.

If you want a stress free process when renting a car this is the place to go. The staff is always friendly and professional!

One never gets the car they reserved. And yes I'm going to say it " Price Gougers". Currently $60/day for a COMPACT......

MY EXPERIENCE WITH HERTZ WAS WONDERFUL GREAT FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SPEEDY SERVICE I WOULD DIFFINENTLY USE THEM AGAIN

The representatives at the Florida street location are awesome. I'm a gold club member and the get me in and out very quickly. They always put me in an good car selection. It's always clean and smells good. I would never trade this team for another location. Keep up the good work.
