Great customer service! It was last min when I went in, I had to unexpectedly put my vehicle in the shop. Service was quick and everyone was polite. I didnt know about the $250 deposit when i booked online but it wasnt a problem. There were lots of people when i went back to return the car but the reps were constantly checking in and letting everyone know it would be just a moment. Ill definitely return for my next rental!

Love the staff. My wife and I have rented a few times this summer and have been impressed with the courteous and professional service provided by the employees who are courteous.

Enterprise met all of our expectations. They were prompt on driving me home after returning the rental at 7:30 in the morning. There were no surprises in the cost, I had a coupon for an upgrade and they honored it. It was very easy to rent from Enterprise.
