I drove from Dallas to Baton Rouge to pick up a truck I had reserved 5 days in advance and when I got there they told me they were sorry but they had overbooked and I could call some number. I called the number and got transferred 5 times to be told that I would get a call back from a management department. Never got a call back. Awful company, if I could I would give a negative rating. I didn't even get a call to tell me they didn't have the truck.

They never answer the phones. 2 stars, though. Because of the good price rates.

Had a very bad experience here. I reserved a 12 passenger van for a special trip and they waited until the morning of my trip to call and tell me that it wasn't available because of a recall. I understand things happen, but turns out they were well aware of the recall yet waited until three hours before my pick up time to call and notify me. I called the area manager and left a message but did not even get a return call. Nice people working there- but a horrible way to run a business.
