Probably the best food you will eat in Birmingham. Absolutely exquisite with superb service, and as a lovely touch the chef brought out some fizz on the house when he found out it was a special occasion.

Don’t bother the customer service is terrible.

My bill was incorrectly calculated and I checked this with the staff at the time and they advised it was correct. They later confirmed it was incorrect by telephone and promised a £30 refund which 3 weeks later hasn’t materialised despite me chasing by email and telephone on multiple occasions.

The toilets were not clean or finished to the standard you would expect from a Michelin star restaurant.

Food was ok but Simpson’s, Adams, and Carters are all better in Birmingham.

HORRIBLE STAY AWAY.
With my boyfriend last week when we were greeted my the chef. Even seemed fine after he started spitting around and frothing at the mouth. My boyfriend stepped in to say nicely to stop spitting everywhere.The next thing was going to change my whole experience of resturant. He turned bright red and his neck veins started popping out. Never knew a normal service would be accompanied with verbal abuse and him nearly strangling me and turning to punch other half.

If you want a good resturant or a decent place look else where unless you want to be wheeled into the nearest A&E or worse in a body bag.

Worst meal ever, no wonder they take a credit card when booking because when you see the place you would walk out. Food terrible, bread over cooked, oysters did not taste fresh, scallops cold, over powering sauces, a miss match of favours, just a dreadful place with zero atmosphere. Bill 250.00

My experience at Turners was amazing. The food was above excellent and the service was impeccable. I ordered a bottle of wine for myself and never had to pour my own glass. The attentiveness of the small team was stellar. The food was an absolute master class in how to do fine dining. I had the venison tartar to start which was sumptuous and immaculately presented. I followed that with the fillet and Jersey royal potatoes. I can officially say that the fillet is the best steak I've ever eaten. Perfectly cooked perky pink with zero blood exactly how i liked it. The chocolate tart and peanut butter icecream was a really rich end to the night and just what the doctor ordered. Overall, again, amazing experience. Would recommend you try this place at least once. I know I'll be going back.
