Food was ordered at 18:50, originally due for delivery at 19:50. Restaurant added 20 minutes onto delivery time twice, making the delivery time 20:30. At 20:40, this was shown as delivered at 20:30 on the JustEat app. Upon ringing the restaurant at 20:45 I was told “the driver’s on his way” and rudely hung up on. I am writing this review at 21:05, and it’s still not here. Awful delivery service, awful customer service. Based on my experience so far, I’m not expecting very nice food either.

Worst Service ever , when I asked to talk to the manager they all thought it was a joke , laughing on the other side of the phone , they said they are not going to deliver just a few more mines even know I was already paying £4 delivery , from the reviews that have already been left I can tell you now if I had of read them befor ordering I wouldn't of rang at all 🤢No apologies an they hung up on me

When I called the first thing the guy said to me was "it's on its way". I advised him I hadn't ordered yet. I gave my order and it didn't come 2 hours until after I rang. When I rang after a hour the first thing he said again was "it's on its way". The irony...

Superb value, incredible pizza, very fast delivery.

Only criticism is that delivery is from 4.30pm. I'd love to be able to order pizza for lunch but this isn't an option and the store is too far from me to collect.
