Beautiful little hidden gem! T-bone steak well worth a try and view from the beer garden is not what you would expect from when you first walk into the small, traditional bar! Good range of beers and very friendly atmosphere.

Lovely cosy pub. Friendly staff, nicely decorated and clean. Went here for a meal, not a great selection for vegetarians, the usual veg lasagne, mix veg curry or omelette and chips. Settled for mushroom and cheese baguette. The baguette was fresh but really dry, the mushrooms were chunky and tasted like they had been cooked in a deep fryer and raw grated cheese sprinkled on top. Not worth 5.95. It was tasteless with no flavour. I left half of it. The lady who served the food was polite, but when asked if there was any dressing for my salad she replied "what and I don't think so". Great chips, everything was fresh and well presented. As a vegetarian I would not eat here again.
