Walked in at approx 7.30pm sat night no sign of any staff so we waited a while then left.we thought maybe there was a bomscare.pants

Been to Epernay reguraly when was old manager. Was always welcome and amazing.
Went sir glass this weekend. Absolutely disappointing! Staff was lovely but Manager( or looks like him) was a simply T..t
Horrible person, ignorant and miserable!
Steering you what ever u do!! His knowledge is less then non. Feels mega uncomfortable and will definitely never return!!!!!!!

Great variety of champagne and cocktails. Friendly staff. They also do introduction sessions where you can taste a selection of drinks and learn about the history of the vineyard.
