Service was poor, greeted well but server more interested in tip than serving. Corn was cold and sharing platter had tepid food on it. Corn was changed when I raised issue but no discount offered for the trauma of biting into frozen corn that hadn't be heat up. Bill arrived with a written note with thank you and heart shapes. Not good experience especially when Nando's next door.

All the family had tasty food and plenty of it. Great service despite being full when we arrived for our booked table. Good addition to retail park and looking forward to trying their breakfast menu waffles....! 😁

Our experience of this restaurant was very good. I notice some of the other negative reviews, but we were very happy. Service was efficient, and the food is top notch, much better than other Frankie and Benny's I've visited. They also offer some good discounts if you download their app, particularly kids eat free. Overall, I can't fault this place!

Having read other reviews decided to keep open mind for Breakfast visit. Pleasant greeting. Clean tables etc. Asked about free coffee re-fills but waitress never returned during meal to ask if I wanted a re-fill. Food was of a good standard on par with other F&B. Ordered a glass of water but it never arrived. Hot Chocolate wasn't hot. Side of toast arrived with butter straight from fridge, unspreadable & cold toast. Asked for replacement which came quickly. All in all, room to improve service if a tip expected, but overall food was good.
