Great, modern and clean facilities. We had a sea view room. Bed was comfy and good shower facilities. Only downside is that room felt a bit cold in the evening and night!

Stayed last night. Wish we had not bothered. It was so very noisy. You can hear lorries and also everyone in the hotel moving about. Bang bang bang all night. Mentioned it to a staff member this morning. His name is Jordan. He called us back 10 minutes later when checking out , in front of other customers and our young son, to tell us not to bother staying in premier inn again as we are too fussy. He was down right rude and had a really bad attitude. He said he had looked at our file and we had made complaints before about premier inns. How dare he? Who gives him the right to do that ? Yes I will let the company know if something is wrong and I will leave great feedback on here and trip advisor if it was good. I stay in alot of premier inns. This man knows nothing about customer service and has no place working in such a big company. He will ruin your reputation. I have seen other reviews about him now that I have looked on trip advisor. I wish I had checked first. I would have booked elsewhere.

Every member of staff we came across was very friendly and very helpful in both the hotel and restaurant. The food and drinks were good quality and well priced. Good location for everything too. Hypnos bed was comfy. Nice and clean. Downsides: no aircon so family room got very hot despite being October and the one of the kids beds was uncomfortable.

We arrived at midnight, after a stressful journey down to be greeted by two lovely warm and welcoming women. The room felt new and fresh and the bed very comfortable. Getting in so late there was little choice in room. We had one direct adjacent to the A2, but even with the window open (no room air-conditioning), it wasn't particularly noisy. The shower is situated in the bath, which could be a difficult (almost 1m)step up. I would stay here again, but hopefully when it's cooler.

Ideal location for a very early ferry trip to the continent. The room was as expected,clean comfortable bed,the best part is you don't have to pay extra for a family room. We didn't eat at the hotel choosing a local pub instead. Due to the early start we couldn't catch breakfast. All in all I would recommend this Premier Inn.
