Ate lunch, food was good but the service "problem" that seem to be a part of Jensens business model is still there.

Very uneven, we ordered three medium steaks. One was medium, one was well done and dry and the last one was somewhere in between.

The worst thing, the glass was made of plastic. You just don't serve Coke in plastic glad, it's like it's a children's restaurant.

Good steaks. Servers need a rocket though.

Even though it was crowded they tried and accomodated us. The food was great.

i was there and ask for a table, they told me it's not possible even the restaurant was empty and came a person behinde me and said the same story and received a table, i decided to go outside restaurant and call them to reserve a table, i got a reservation in 20 min :-)) it's maybe the waiteress didn't see my face so she could decide easier :-)) i got two star cause i believe a good restaurant owner should be responsible for their staffs and should know the costumer service is important , will never try that agian
