I forgot my jacket at this place during a weekend trip from Germany to Gothenburg. I contacted the Palace via email and they were very responsive, found my jacket and are now working on sending it back to Germany.
I appreciate this support a lot - they are taking a lot of effort to help me get my jacket back!

Food is good. But the place is not clean. Dirty tables and no table service. You must pay and order in bar. Not so much beer as they say.
