4-stjärnigt hotell. Mycket bra frukost, tysta rum och trevlig personal. Sängarna lite hårda för min smak men annars bra standard.

Room I booked had broken heating. They downgraded me to a cheaper room without providing option of returning to better room or reducing my bill. The new room is still very cold in the mornings as it is a green hotel and the heating is controlled by the city. The bathroom is tiny with only a bath/shower combo where my previous room had a walk in shower. The bathroom is also very cold with a wind that blows across you while sitting on the toilet.

The breakfast is ok although the scrambled eggs are very runny.

My work colleague requested to stay at another hotel because last time he was here the hot water was tepid rather than hot. I did not experience that, my water is hot.

When I pay for the room, I intend on fighting for a cheaper rate. Let's see what happens.

I plan to avoid this hotel in the future.

Great location, the centre of the city is within walking distance. Staff are friendly, hotel room is a decent size and the breakfast isn't bad. The gym is surprisingly well equipped for a hotel. They currently in the middle of refurbishment works so expect to see some rough edges until this is complete.

Nothing special. Small room and restricted toilette acessories. Good gym area.
Easy acces to the city center.

Great hotel. Right at the heart of everything. Lovely comfortable room. Very clean and very friendly staff who are always willing to help. Had a problem with the water in the bath being stuck at very hot, was sorted immediately.
