Perfect location, great updated rooms and facilities. Staff very kind and helpful. The only negative point would be the breakfast

We did a great weekend, the hotel location is amazing, near the Mouya Plaza, 2 minutes from the train station, 5 from the metro. The neighborhood is very quiet during the night, but in few steps you can reach bar or restaurant and enjoy city life.

Very well kept, modern hotel in an old building central bilbao. Comfortable, large bed. Hotel was clean and stylish. Rooms could only be better with the British tradition of a coffee making facility. Check in could have been quicker.

I loved it and would stay again if I am in Bilbao. The location was very convenient.i was particularly happy with the service offered. I arrived at 6 AM and was pleasantly surprised to be allowed to check in upon arrival .

Just in Bilbao for one night - good location and an easy bus ride from the airport.
Good value for money - not the cheapest, but the rooms are fantastic, lounge area, great bathroom and a very comfortable bed - close to bars and restaurants, shops and sightseeing.
Would happily stay again.
