Very friendly and accommodating staff. Not everyone was as fluent in English as the front desk staff, however, we were able to make do. Room was quite spacious, and bathroom was very adequate. Really liked the breakfast as well. Walking distance to two malls and a metro station.

Excellent hotel outside of the Porto city center, good restaurant and the staff is very helpful and well trained.

Very nice hotel which has large and good quality rooms. Breakfast is of course buffet style. The restaurant serves excellent food. Bar and all other staff were kind and helpful. Loses its 5 star due to not being able to open windows in the bedroom, giving a not nice odour of the previous numerous tennants....

We were lucky to get a nice big room with good views and windows that opened slightly. But the room had a smell. It just wouldn't go away . We didn't notice it in the other parts of the hotel. It was strange and intense.
Check-in was an awkward experience,we said we were checking in only to be told by a rude guy that he had no computer available and walked off.
Lucky another lovely man checked us in ( not sure if he saw what happened with the other guy).
One of the lifts wouldn't go up to our floor so we had to change lifts .
Views of Porto are amazing.
No shower gel but shampoo.

The rooms are big and comfortable with pretty new design. The staff was very helpful. The lobby of the hotel is also great except the smell of cigarettes at the entrance of the lobby because of all the smokers just outside the door
