The worst experience I've ever had with a rental car. First of all they do not speak english very well and did not explain things properly, then I had a credit card but they still made me upgrade my insurance for some reason. On the site the car showed was a Citroen C1 or similar, but the car they gave me was not similar at all. It looks like this company does not maintain the cars as on the last day of my rental, on the way to the airport, the power steering stopped working and i nearly crashed, luckily i knew there was another depot nearby so I was able to change the car, which wasted more time before i was due to catch my flight. When i returned the car they charged me €33 when the tank was nearly full, which was about 3 times more than it should have been. The staff were not helpful and were very rude to me, very unprofessional.

Eine Frau vor mir musste 50€ für die Außenreinigung bezahlen weil sich Baumharz oder so auf dem Auto abgelagert hatten.
Bei der Fahrzeugabholung schrieb man jeden noch so kleinen Lackfahrer auch, die sibd extrem zimperlich/überkorrekt.
Lediglich die zerkratzten Felgen waren vollkommen egal.
Der Zustand des Smart 4 SUV Edition war nicht gut. Gas und Bremse waren eigenwillig.
Eigentlich war ich mit Greenmotion 2015 sehr zufrieden. Der damalige BMW 1 war jedoch auch schon kräftig abgeranzt.

2 weeks in Greece this week and will be getting married also. And I've been given a car without remote central locking and in poor condition to what I was expecting and paid for. Paid for golf or equivalent. Driving some sort of Fiat
