I found this restaurant on Google, were just looking for some interesting and cheap place to eat in Munich. Took us 30 minutes from the Oktoberfest to arrive here. The place was closed (8:04 pm) but the owner said they will make an exception for us. The food was really Vietnamese authentic and very tasty. Loved this place so much. Recommended to anybody in the area. Really cheap as well (got out with a bill of 14 euros for 2 people).

Authentic Vietnamese food.
The food is very delicious and the service is so good!
We came after they were closed and they were so kind to let us in and eat.
Very recommended!

Ich bin sehr oft hier, weil das Essen einfach richtig lecker ist und ich die beiden Inhaberinnen sehr nett finde. Sie sind immer sehr herzlich.

Ja Mai serves excellent food. The fresh spring rolls are superb. It is a good place for take away. They only have 7 tables. The place was opened by a posh girl. Her mother or grandmother runs the kitchen. A very friendly person. The choice of beverages is a little limited.
