Phenomenal hotel, above all expectations!
Very spacious family room, perfect cleanness, shining bathroom, very friendly staff.
Quiet location (and not far from the center).
Walking distance to the Nymphenburg Palace.
The price is a bit higher than in average 3* hotels, but worth it (and you get Wi-Fi and car parking included).
With a magnifying glass, I could find a minor flaw - when arriving by car, the parking is relatively small;
and when arriving by public transport, there is no underground station in the vicinity, so you need to change to a tram or a bus.
Overall - the highest rating, with no doubts.

Excellent hotel. Very friendly staff. Both the quadruple room and the suite we stayed in have plenty of space. Excellent breakfast. Very quiet in a nice residential area with two parks and the Nymphemburg within walking distance.

Breakfast buffet was excellent, along with the service. Our AC unit broke, and the front desk man was there within the hour to work on getting it fixed.

Outstanding place to stay in Munich. Close to the tram to get downtown. We were able to get to the Marienplatz in about 10 min. The room was quiet and the breakfast was great. They let us stay parked at the hotel while we walked around to tour the Nymphenburg palace, which is a lovely 5 min walk from the hotel. Seems to be in a terrific location all around.
