Incredibly friendly staff. My room was really big, clean and we'll designed. Was a comfortable stay.

Comfortable stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious. Hotel is very close to train station and very close to the center of town. Great location and great hotel.

Great Hotel. Room was a little oddly configured but everything was freshly refurbished and overwhelmingly clean. The flat-price mini-bar was a welcome surprise. Our breakfast server was also very pleasant and hospitable. We will return.

We have been coming to your hotel for a few years now and it has always been a gratifying experience. No effort was spared to make us feel welcome.
I would wholeheartedly recommend your hotel for its location, the quality of the accommodation and the service both in the room and during breakfast. A special mention is made to all your reception staff.

Keep up the good work.

PS. The fifth star will be back after the completion of the renovations

Hotel Excelsior is located in a great area, just across from the central train station. The hotel is awesome, everything looks like it was plucked out of a fairy tale. My favorite part was the staff— they were helpful, incredibly friendly, and always available for any questions we had. I would only think of staying here the next time I'm in Munich.
