I arrived many hours early and the room was all prepared so I could easily use it. The room was very nice and it was great to have a cooking top and utensils. So if you have a long stay, this is a great option! Rooms were comfortable and the location of the hotel was excellent. Service and staff were very friendly

Nice, clean rooms, you can even listen to the radio in the bathroom. Great selection of food for breakfast, staff very friendly and helpful.

It looks ok, not bad for one time!
What I found s pity is that I asked for a quiet room but I got a noise room on top of the supermarket next to them!
The cleaning staff made quiet some noise while cleaning the other rooms.

To all at the Derag, thank you for making my stay and that of my colleagues very enjoyable. The quality of service from your staff was excellent. I would like to especially recognize the gentleman at the evening front desk who coordinated arrangements to accommodate breakfast for us due to an early morning departure for a business meeting.

I look forward to my return in the very near future.
