Everytime i go there is for my Titre de Sejour. An Olala, attention please, usually on Monday and Friday, they don't open or there is no one. And if you've got some problem, you'd be better go there after 10Am-11:30, and 1pm-4pm. My experience is, try you best, and make the call before you get there, 'cause I am crazy to deal with this problem for 5 times, yeah, not open for rediculars reason.
