I had a very very unprofessional experience with the main receptionist this year. I have been mistreated and am still very unsatisfied with the treatment I received.

I was charged for charges I did not need and services I did not request.

Even after a short period of time I am still prepared to open up a case with the provincial government act!

University Heights Dental studio is very clean and welcoming. From the staff at the front to the crew at the back, we felt very comfortable and at ease. Dr. Spies is very thorough and pays incredible attention to detail. She is very professional and also very good with kids. All options are explained if any work is required. They are very accommodating and service is second to none. We would highly recommend them to others.
